He spoke to us a little bit about the type of car we were interested in and offered to pull the car around for us to test drive. He explained all of the features and showed us how everything worked. He didn't pressure us and patiently answered all of our questions. When it was time to purchase our new CRV the process was painless and they agreed to a fair purchase price as well as giving us a great price for our car as a trade in. We were given a tour of the service area and Don made sure we didn't have any questions about the car or about the service department.
