Sales person was wonderful and manager was wonderful. It took -3 1/2 hours after the deal was done to get to finance and the finance person was rude and actually accused me of being rude because by now i It took -3 1/2 hours after the deal was done to get to finance and the finance person was rude and actually accused me of being rude because by now it was 6:00 and we had been there sitting waiting for him since about 2 in the afternoon. We had an out the door price and had the check written hours ago and he asked for a credit card for another $229 not a big deal but slowed the process even more. I have to say the salesman was very apologetic and the manager came to see us again. Whether it’s lack of employees that caused the delay it was not a good experience. We came in knowing what we wanted and picked the car immediately no test drive as we have had Honda Ofysseys in the past and hoped to be out much quicker. More
