Ali rode along with us for the test drive and he was very knowledgeable with the car even though it wasn’t a Honda but a Subaru. He was a true gentleman and shared his family with us. He made us feel very comfortable with no pressure. If you happen to go to Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda, I recommend Ali to you. They need to remove the word "Courtesy" from their name Brought in my 2015 Honda CR-V twice for a serious vibration at idle - which I've been told several times that it is "characteristic" of this make and Brought in my 2015 Honda CR-V twice for a serious vibration at idle - which I've been told several times that it is "characteristic" of this make and model. For some reason I missed that information in the brochure when I purchased the car?! All 2015 CR-Vs have a TSB 15-046 (Technical Service Bulletin) out about them, but Honda neglected to reach out to their consumer to let you know about it. After escalating the issue to American Honda (corporate) - both this dealership and corporate came back with the conclusion that the vibration is "characteristic" of the car and they have provided all of the fixes that they possibly can and that I have to learn to live with it. The service manager, John W, gave me the brilliant solution to "just ride around with my windows up and AC on all the time so that it reduces the vibrations." Rather asinine solution - NEVER open my windows or moon roof again?!?! The car is a LEMON! And Honda needs to FIX the problem instead of sweeping it under the rug. More

I was originally looking for a Black EX and could not find one anywhere in Florida. So, I overstretched my budget to meet EXL needs. And Ed and Amber were extremely nice enough to go back and forth multiple times to make sure I get the best deal. At no particular time they made me uncomfortable with presenting the right options on the table for the vehicle in stock. My friends and colleagues gave me excellent feedback about this dealership from who they had purchased Honda vehicles in the past. The sales staff have excellent attitude and relentless pursuit for customer satisfaction, that I have never seen before and incomparable to any of the other Honda dealers locally or any other dealers that I worked with in the past. Bought a car that has water leaking into one of the panels I purchased a 2012 Honda Odyssey EX from this dealership June 1. Although I live in Orlando, this dealership — two hours away — had the exact model and mileage we wanted. I negotiated everything through email and phone, agreed on a deal and then made the trek to pick up the car. Everything seemed fine, and the buying process went fairly smoothly. However, a few days after owning the car, I noticed the seat belt on the driver's side of the third row seat was getting wet when inside the retracting mechanism. I immediately called and emailed the salesperson, who, up until now, had been extremely responsive. I did receive one phone call back, but I missed it. I called and emailed multiple times since then, but I have not gotten a response from the salesperson. After waiting a week, I then called the internet sales manager, who said he would have the service department call me to get this resolved. It's been four days, and I have yet to hear from anyone; yet I have water coming into the biggest purchase we have made in years. I have no idea whether this dealership will stand by its product and fix this problem, and I fear it is getting worse with every passing thunderstorm. Extremely frustrated and am regretting doing business with Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda. More
