I waited two weeks to review this dealership hoping they would follow up, they didn’t. I leased a new Accord hybrid as we needed a 4th car. The sales mgr assured me that they were the only local dealership would follow up, they didn’t. I leased a new Accord hybrid as we needed a 4th car. The sales mgr assured me that they were the only local dealership that didn’t add accessories that you didn’t want or need and then told me the car I picked had mud guards and floor mats for $1000 dollars. It didn’t have the mats. The initial payment he showed me he said was wrong because he put in the wrong rate. I also asked him several times if my down payment and payment included all applicable taxes, fees and payments up front and that the payment wasn’t packed and he assured me all of this.The xxI mgr said that it didn’t, that the payment didn’t include tax and that I needed to make my first payment on top of my $2000. I said please get the mgr but the xxI mgr said that he was too busy and conceded the sales tax on the payment. The xxI mgr continued to offer me aftermarket protections which I declined in writing and then proceeded to print the contract which included the crystal fusion windshield protection which had a charge for over $500 and tried to tell me I wasn’t paying for it. At that point I should have walked out but I was tired and hungry. I told the salesman that I wasn’t happy with this and he said make sure I get a good survey. I also told the sales mgr of my displeasure. Two weeks later (I was out of town) no one had contacted me and I went in to get my floor mats and discuss with the sales mgr that I didn’t want the crystal fusion but I did want my floor mats I had paid for. I needed a we owe that showed they owed me the mats and he assured me the xxl mgr would get ahold of me about the extra charge in the contract. He didnt. I went to the parts dept to get my mats and was handed a large box. No one offered to help me put them in, take the garbage etc. I’m not sure I would even use them for service now. Our family buys a lot of cars I don’t think it will be here in the future. More
I recently purchased a vehicle from Salesman Jason at Palm Harbor Honda and while I appreciate his assistance during the sales process, I am disappointed with the lack of progress in finalizing the regis Palm Harbor Honda and while I appreciate his assistance during the sales process, I am disappointed with the lack of progress in finalizing the registration and receiving the check for my trade-in. Despite multiple phone calls, I have received inconsistent responses and it appears that my trade-in vehicle has already been sold. I kindly request that Palm Harbor Honda expedite the completion of these matters to ensure a satisfactory resolution. It's now 10-30-24 and still don't have registration or check. DO NO SHOP THERE!!! More

I have been going to courtesy Palm Harbor Honda for six years. Every time I go, Nick in the service department has taken very good care of me. And now Traci has taken very good care of me a couple of times years. Every time I go, Nick in the service department has taken very good care of me. When I buy another car to replace this CRV, I will be buying another Honda because of the great service that I get from your service department. They always try to look for ways to save me money. Service is usually quick. I had to wait recently for an oil change and the Service mgr gave me a Starbucks gift card. Bonus!
