Excellent service until last week In for routine oil change. Took 2 hours, longest wait time ever. While picking up car, damage to front passenger bumper was pointed out to me. Was told it was an easy repair that could be fixed during next oil change. I asked if damaged would flunk inspection. Answer no. ask if I should make an additional appointment for the repair. Answer no. very uncomfortable driving around with damage. if repair was so simple, why wasn't it done during last week's oil change? More

The team is friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. The waiting area is comfortable and this is one of the larger dealerships. My only feedback would be that it is difficult to get an appointment, but I often don’t plan ahead very well. It’s certainly a testament to how in demand and preferred this team’s service is. I purchased my initial vehicle from Miguel, and he is greeted me each and every time I’ve been back for service. I was most appreciated. More
