So I went and had to show my ID . The salesperson asked me questions and then made his pitch even after I told him I was not interested in buying a new car. Finally, he gave me my “prize”, a 300 gift card to shoppingcardstore.com. This website has a 5 dollar processing fee per order and you must pay shipping and handling. The items are not worth the fee and shipping cost ! It is a scam! I do not trust this dealership and would never go there ! More

I came to Courtesy Mitsubishi because my 3000GT needed extensive repairs. I love this car and wanted to see if I would be able to afford the necessary work. I feared that I would have to sell the car as t extensive repairs. I love this car and wanted to see if I would be able to afford the necessary work. I feared that I would have to sell the car as the quote I had far exceeded not only my budget, but also represented 50% of the value of the car. I spoke to the service manager Bill Brown, and he worked with me to bring the final price of the repairs to a very reasonable number. Keith did a terrific job of first evaluating the car and then doing the work. Debbie was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Not only did the final price exceeded my best expectations, the work done was top notch and the service was out of this world, I also got a free loaner car so I wouldn't be stranded at the dealership all day (as I fully expected to be, because I wasn't able to secure a ride). I am extremely happy with the service that I received and will definitely recommend Courtesy Mitsubishi to all my friends (even the ones that weren't able to give me a ride LOL). More

As with any used vehicle there were a couple of issues with the purchase of my son's 2009 Dodge Caliber. The Service department worked to fix the issues but when the problems seemed to persist Dana took with the purchase of my son's 2009 Dodge Caliber.
