It only took a few extra minutes and I was pleased that my car was clean for the weekend... they even vacuumed the interior. The manager there is always very efficient and cheery and professional! Platinum service-failed to meet expectations My understanding is that with each oil change service the vehicle is to have a car wash and vacuum the drivers side. Oil Change I always have to go over the 3k miles because I can’t ever get appointment scheduled before then. The wait is sometimes to long.
