I notified the service writer that my vehicle is leaking oil when I brought it in for an oil change. The other service writer chimed in that my vehicle has a known issue and there is a TSB about it. I was oil when I brought it in for an oil change. The other service writer chimed in that my vehicle has a known issue and there is a TSB about it. I was assured they would check it out. They completed the oil change and then they told me they couldn't find any evidence of an oil leak. I said "That's funny...so I have imaginary oil on my garage floor and brand new seal coated driveway?" The service writer just shrugged his shoulders and said they sidn't find anything. Coincidentally, it is still leaking imaginary oil. More

Have brought my car to them since i bought it brand new in 2018 was just told this visit my breaks at at 1mm and I’m missing two lug nuts that’s 70$ to replace.
