I was a little disappointed in my service visit this time. Usually it’s pretty quick but it was really slow this time. Did a service without consulting with me first. It has changed since Paul Sangster left. I needed an oil change and when I came back it was well over $100.00. I questioned how that could be the price for an oil change and then Peter said, "Rotating the tires is a recommended service." It's a good thing I had the extra and unexpected funds with me. It would have been nice to have gotten a courtesy call Prior to assuming I'd be OK with it. I don't like surprises like that. I probably would have done it once explained to me why I need it done but it is still something that should have definitely been communicated with me. I was always used to Paul doing things with the utmost courtesy, hence the title, "Courtesy Mitsubishi". First time, I did not get the courtesy that I should have gotten. I noticed the change in service and treatment. I miss Paul in the Service Center. It is not the same without him. I could always count on the professionalism. I will seriously have to use caution and may reconsider further services. It's too bad. More
My 2021 Mitsubishi G-4 backup camera and radio stopped working. I called the service department on Tuesday and they had me in to look at my car on Wednesday.
