Let me start by saying that I am a mother of three children ages 13 down to 2 years old. My credit is horrible and I was sick of buying a car for two grand that only lasted me a few months before I ha children ages 13 down to 2 years old. My issue was nobody would even try to help me once they saw my credit score which was 580s- 590s. Courtesy Mitsubishi was different. Originally I spoke with Hannah who worked in the internet department and she made me feel like their was hope. I almost didn’t go into their Attleboro location because everyone always says to come in and they would see what they could do to help me usually never worked out. I’m so glad I didn’t psych myself out because I went in and I spoke to Tony and sales and he also made me feel a little glimmer of hope. I told him my situation and not only did he want to help me he and his supervisor Miguel went above and beyond for me they continued to go back and forth with the bank for about a week until they got the big OKAY. I’ve never appreciated anyone I’ve just met more in my life. I am now driving a 2011 Hyundai Sonata and building my credit. I spoke with Tony daily he always made sure to tell me everything that was going on. Courtesy Mitsubishi cares about their customers and wants to make sure everyone is happy. A ginormous Thank you to Tony, Miguel, Hannah and the whole Mitsubishi team for never giving up on me and helping me prove that everyone deserves a chance. If you’re looking for a reliable car and are afraid to try financing because of your credit score they’re the place to go. Kevin isn’t listed on the list of sales reps but he was very helpful. He made sure to keep in touch with me and keep me up to date with every step being taken and what was needed from me. He also understood and that had no way of getting to the dealership and that I have kids so he made it his business to deliver the car to me. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review is because there are issues with the vehicle that still need to be addressed and I was given a car with a bent wheel which made it a safety issue. Kevin did have me come in on Sunday and despite service being closed his team made sure that a tech came in to fix the wheel issue so that I had a safe car to drive. The other issues will be addressed when I bring the vehicle back in. More
