I requested oil change and tire rotation. The wheels have a lock, but on the previous 10 or so occasions the dealer used the master key. This time, when I got back my vehicle, I was told they The wheels have a lock, but on the previous 10 or so occasions the dealer used the master key. This time, when I got back my vehicle, I was told they didn't find the key and thus no tire rotation performed. I have been sitting at the dealer's all that time. Besides, the key was in the vehicle in the intended compartment. Lame! More
