Purchased a Jeep wrangler while working with one of the kindest sales reps-Tony Machado. He went above and beyond to make sure the process went smoothly. Not only did he drive the car out to south Boston at 5:30am on a Saturday… he even babysat my pup while I was in financing AND remembered a small comment about me wanting a rubber duck with my purchase. Somehow he found a rubber duck in the candy isle in Walmart at 5:00am just to put a smile on my face when delivering the Jeep. It’s the little things that Tony did which made it clear that his motives were not just about the sale. Tony truly cares for his customers and wants to build a genuine relationship. It’s the little things that end up making a huge difference and that is exactly what Tony provided. Couldn’t have asked for a better customer care experience and would recommend heading over to Courtesy Mitsubishi to work with Tony on your next car purchase! More
