Outstanding salesman/Dealership poor The dealership's management gets very poor ratings from us. We discovered after our purchase that we did not have a working emergency brake on the ve The dealership's management gets very poor ratings from us. We discovered after our purchase that we did not have a working emergency brake on the vehicle, and for that reason it would not pass the inspection. It was explained to us not to drive the vehicle any distance until repaired. We had the vehicle repaired by our local repair shop and then called the dealer ship to let them know we would be sending the bill to them. THEY REFUSED TO PAY STATING WE SHOULD HAVE BROUGHT THE VEHICLE BACK TO THEM!!! They are 90 minutes away which we felt was to far to drive without the brake. Would never recommend them!!!!!!!!!!! More
Paul was not there Bill was running the Front. He was yelling at tech guys complaining about customers on phone and was upset the fact i was a walk-in told me that I am supposed to make an appointment fo yelling at tech guys complaining about customers on phone and was upset the fact i was a walk-in told me that I am supposed to make an appointment for my oil change that the service center is very busy after a holiday. ( like I am supposed to know that ) I told him I was never told I had to have an appointment. He said i was going to be there for awhile and this is the reason we have policys. I waited about an hour no big deal I was thankful i was taken in i work a very busy schedule. He is checking people out and going over what was done and what needed to be done and then letting them know that there car wash being washed and should be right out. When it came to me he handed me my papers and said you might want to start thinking about getting tires for that car. I said ok walked out and had to look for my car no car wash no vac nothing. I have never had a bad experience at the service center until now. Paul is wonderful you never see him get upset and he is so helpful I think you have the wrong guy for a manager or he should take lessons from paul on how to act towards customers. Even when i came in on a day that was busy and didn't make an appointment paul was very friendly and told me it would be less wait and easier on me if I could make an appointment its faster and you wont have to wait around for long. I. Told him i would try but I am an on call health care provider so its hard. I never do theses and complain but Bill was very unprofessional and he made me any ways feel anxiety not sure about the rest of the people in room but some of there expressions were of shock on how he was yelling running around punching keys on the key board hard and some of the comments he was making. I am sorry but he need s training on how to act like a professional. Do you have cameras and audio is so watch them you would be embarrassed that he is a manager of yours. I had to give one star to pull up his name but i give none More

Easy experience I went in on a rainy Saturday to check out an sq5 they just added online. After checking the car out I was greeted by Kyle who asked me a few question I went in on a rainy Saturday to check out an sq5 they just added online. After checking the car out I was greeted by Kyle who asked me a few questions and then we proceeded to take the car for a test drive while they checked out my trade in. After a little back and forth they ended up coming in right where I needed to be, but I still left to talk to my wife. Instead of threatening me with exploding offers they said take your time and let us know.. Over the next couple days we came to a different agreement (based on me changing the down payment) and when I came to do the paperwork it was a breeze. Easily the fastest I’ve ever gotten a car financed I was in and out in fifteen minutes. The entire process was smooth and painless which is how car buying should be. More
