Great experience First time dealership buyer. Ended up going to courtesy Mitsubishi, and met with Luka. Experience went up from there. Luka is not the typical "pushy" First time dealership buyer. But yet he was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. He was very knowledgeable about every option available to me, and any other vehicle they had in stock. Very willing to help in any way he could. Honestly feel that he would give you the shirt off his back to ensure your happiness, as he did with me (but not literally his shirt) another item. The Sales department directed me to Tony Machado and he immediately made me feel at home there in the showroom as we discuss my various options. He helped me utilize my customer loyalty discount; I have two Mitsubishis. He told me about some of the new features and gave me a nice tour of what was on the lot that day. We discussed many of the features and looked at them on various vehicles. When he realized that I had certain features in mind, such as heated seats and the color red he already put that in his mind to try to get those items for me. I would give Tony my best rating and would recommend anyone else to see Tony to buy a new or lease a new Mitsubishi. I recommend Mitsubishi in general and also really appreciate Courtesy's service department., To have a great service department as a good sales department certainly sets Courtesy apart from the rest.
