Shawn Miner and Dana were the best part of the experience. The office manager was very good also. The only issue was the new car prep. I found plastic protective sheeting on several items in the car (clock, steering wheel, etc) and under the hood (protective sheeting on plastic engine covers not removed). There was also very little Windshield Washer Fluid in the well. Little things I know, but they need to be brought to the Dealerships attention. If everyone had Shawns attitude, follow-thru and attentivness to detail this would have been a perfect score. All in all though the best dealership I've done business with and I would purchase or recommend them in a second. More

My boyfriend and I had the misfortune of coming into this dealership and trying to work with Tony Machado. Tony is nothing but a liar and fraud!! Avoid this man at all cost!! He will get you to fill out pape dealership and trying to work with Tony Machado. Tony is nothing but a liar and fraud!! Avoid this man at all cost!! He will get you to fill out paperwork without ever seeing the car that you are looking for so he can run your credit without permission ( which is against federal law!!!) and than come back and blatantly lie to you about what your credit score is so that he can try to screw you with a higher interest rate so the dealer makes more money. After all of this he than informed us that he needed 2000$ from us but he didn't even have the car in stock or one close to it for us to test drive after telling us on the phone that he indeed did have the exact car we wanted at the dealership. This was more than we could take so we left. Over the next few days we were harassed non stop by Tony calling us for the deposit on the non existent car until finally we went back to the dealership and I told him exactly how I felt about his boss (he ducked out of the showroom when he saw me coming in) about his shady business practices and that we would never buy a car from him. A few days later Tony's boss started calling my boyfriend trying to get him to come in without me to sign papers on delivery of the non existing car!! This dealership is SHADY and should be avoided unless you enjoy paying extra money and having your credit score lowered for no reason. More
