Seriously, just buy a car from Tony! I walked into Courtesy Mitsubishi on a Saturday morning and was greeted right away, by Tony Machado. I told him I was just looking to sit in a 2017 Mi I walked into Courtesy Mitsubishi on a Saturday morning and was greeted right away, by Tony Machado. I told him I was just looking to sit in a 2017 Mirage, " to see if I hate it.". He took me right to one, gave me time to peek and poke at the one in the showroom, then offered me a test drive. He quickly located one with the equipment I was asking about and navigated us on a ride that included back roads and highway. Back at the dealership Tony took his time answering my questions and we tortured the manager a bit, as it was the last day of the month. Tony made the whole process painless. Now, usually this is where these stories go really sideways, with the business manager,F&I guy. Nope. Not this time. Tim turned out to be a good guy too. 0.0% for 48 months and no games with the paperwork. I've had the car a week now, they got it registered and inspected for me. When I went back for my registration and sticker I met three more friendly faces in the service department. This place is clearly the twilight zone of the car business and nothing goes as badly as you have come to expect from the car business! Just buy a car here, from Tony. More

Bought a 2016 I went to Mitsubishi with the expectation that the SUV i was looking at would be much more than the competitors prices. Surprisingly the cheapest, fully loaded SUV was right here at Courtesy. Tony Machado was great in selecting the perfect SUV to fit my needs with all the accossories I was requiring. It's kind of like winning a scratch ticket: you match up the random numbers you get to the ones they provide, and if they are exact, you can choose to get a new car and a possible cash reward. Upon entering, Tony Machado ended up being my salesman. He's not like your typical small-time slick car salesman; he didn't talk too fast, didn't maximize the car's many petty features instead of safety and warranty information, try to upsell me extra things and accessories I didn't need for the car, trying to convince me the car was "made for me" and that I should buy immediately, etc. Tony is an amicable and straightforward man who exudes all the professionalism one garners from many years of work experience. Most importantly, the whole time I was signing papers and reading documents, I didn't feel rushed or pressured, or experience "buyer's regret". This is especially significant because I am in my mid twenties, having finally grinded my way out of poverty enough to afford a better car, and that was the first time I'd ever purchased a car on my own without my parents helping me out. Tony would seamlessly converse with me while he continued gathering the information and going through the steps he needed to complete the sale. If I didn't understand something in a contract, he would explain it to me in layman's terms without being condescending or impatient, and he would be honest about things like purchase price, down payments, excise taxes and sales taxes so that you know exactly what you're spending. I encourage anyone reading this, whether it's you or someone else you know that's planning on buying a car, to seek out this Mitsubishi dealership in South Attleboro, Massachusetts. It is absolutely worth it. More
