I don't think speaking to management will change my opinion of the suggested repairs needed. Because of what they told me, I bought a new battery that I did not need at this time. I will not buy new tires that were suggested at this time, as another mechanic said I don't need them yet based on how much driving I am doing now that I am retired. So, if management wants to discuss why they frightened me into buying a new battery and why another mechanic showed me how to tell when I need new tires, then fine I will talk to them. They should have been honest and not try to make a sale.
