When I got to the dealership, I had originally seen a sign that read a different name brand then what I would leave that day with. I parked my 2003 Mitsubishi eclipse near the front of the building. Immediately Mr. Machado came over to ask if I needed help with anything. I explained I was interested in something with 200,000 miles warranty and 4 wheel drive for the snow. I also let him know it was my first time at a dealership, and I didn't really know what to look for, and didn't wanna be scammed. He understood my concern as a new buyer, and promised me he would do all he could to help me out. Tony told me how his daughter was sold a car once and taken advantage of. He made a point to assure me that there was nothing up any sleeves . I decided to continue with the process of "looking around" we stopped to see a lot of different vehicles. He explained each and everyone of them in full detail. I was very impressed. I ended up leaving that same day with my 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer. I received a loyalty discount for the trade in of my 2003 eclipse, as well as every perk I could probably think a new car would need. I'm glad I ended up with Tony as my dealer. Made the entire experience as simple as car buying should be. I would definitely recommend him to anyone purchasing a car, and especially to anyone who has never gone through the dealership scene. I was nervous about buying a car from another state. David Williams was wonderful. He helped me get financing (I didn't think my bank's rate was fair). They actually delivered the car to me here, at home, in Ohio, within a week and a half. I was unaware, however, that MA didn't do temp tags. So, I had the car in my garage and couldn't drive it! David was very understanding and worked very hard to get me Ohio temp tags so that I could at least drive the car once before I left for work again... I'm not a very patient person, but I think David went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my experience (plus, he has a great sense of humor). The car arrived super-clean, looks great, and runs amazing. Tim was also very accommodating in trying to assist me with any questions that I had when David was out of the office. Definitely one go the most nerve-wracking, yet ultimately the best car buying experience I've ever had. More

1st they charged my credit card twice for $2500 each time as part of my down payment, when they shouldn't have. Bought the car on 3/17/13 had parts ordered on 3/30 to replace ones that are defective from the as part of my down payment, when they shouldn't have. You think that THEY would call ME just to update me. I regret buying my car here and would never do this again. More
