Upon purchasing the car, I was told that the car would be cleaned & some of the scratches on the front of the car would be “buffed”. When the car was “ready” for me to pick it up about 9 days later, it ha be cleaned & some of the scratches on the front of the car would be “buffed”. When the car was “ready” for me to pick it up about 9 days later, it had not been cleaned at all. There were food crumbs all over and in between the middle console. Coffee or soda stains all along the inside of the door on the drivers side. The scratches on the front of the car also we’re not “buffed”. When I addressed this with Tony the sales rep, he admitted that the scratches had not been “buffed” and that a “16 year old cleaned the car” because “the other guy that usually does it was not there”... My inspection sticker had been rejected and I was told to return to the service department after I put “100 Miles on the car”. On this day Tony told me that when I returned back to repeat my inspection sticker that he would “make sure the right guys were there to clean my car and buff the scratches on the front of the car” which were supposed to be done prior to me picking up the car on DAY 1. He told me he would call me the next day to schedule an appointment for these things to get done (inspection sticker, car cleaning & scratches buffed). Tony never called me the next day. In fact I am the one that ended up calling him 3 DAYS LATER to schedule the appointment. On 5/29 I went to the sales department where I met Tony again. I waited in the sales department sitting at a desk for almost two hours waiting for my car to be re-inspected, cleaned, and to have the scratches on the front “buffed”. When Tony brought my car to the front and said it was all set, we both walked out to my car. The car had NOT been cleaned. The same crumbs of food that were all over the middle console were still there. The coffee or soda that was spilt all along the inside of the drivers side door was STILL THERE. When I visually showed Tony all of this. He proceeded to give me the SAME EXCUSE of how “a 16 year old cleaned it”. And the scratches that were “buffed” looked EXACTLY THE SAME as they did prior to! I am disgusted and appalled by the service I received, let alone the excuses I that Tony M. told me. Each time I was told something would happen, it never was. I will never purchase another car at this location nor will I ever recommend your services to anyone. Thank you for selling me a filthy car and wasting my time not only ONCE but TWICE. I wish it were acceptable for me to do my job as half xxx as you guys. More
