They have earned my trust and I will return to them for maintenance on all my vehicles, to include non-Mitsubishi, and look to them first for future auto purchases. More
My experience at this dealership was below average. My sales associate, Viviana was great and if someone was going to buy a vehicle from there I would recommend seeing her. I bought a used van based on a vehicle that I found online. I had an extremely difficult time getting the advertised price. The advertisement stated a “$5,000 savings”, but apparently $2,000 of the “$5,000 savings” was the customers money. The advertisement should of said “3,000” savings. The vehicle was not fully clean when I picked up and and soda dripping down the side of the inside. The vehicle had just over a half tank of gas. Aaron from the internet was rude and wrote me a nasty email arguing over price when I was just asking a question about the advertisement. He was the reason I almost didn’t buy from dealership. His demeanor walking around the dealership was horrible as well. I even vented about him to the finance manager. When I came back to dealership to sign paperwork for the vehicle the used car manager who was in the show room just walked away and never came back to say thanks for buying or anything to acknowledge I was there. Financing started off rough. The finance manager thought certain information was given to me about payments that had never been mentioned to me. He was irritated and said he had 3 people waiting and wasn’t happy I was asking questions. I mentioned I would just finance through my bank and he was irritated and said the dealership wouldn’t allow that after I had already beaten them up on price. After I explained to him what had happened, talked to him about my experience with Aaron, explained to him no monthly payments were mentioned and that I had no idea about the “Courtesy membership”, he completely changed his attitude and talked to me much better. I enjoyed the second half of our interaction. Had I not gotten the advertised price I would not have bought from this dealership. Maybe they treat those looking at new cars better. I had bought another vehicle the same week from a different dealership and had a completely different experience. More
So this is the third time I brought the car in for the check engine light, and this morning it came on again! Now I cant get it inspected, and spent thousands. The only really good thing about the place is the Paul the service guy. He is really nice, understanding, and really cares about the customers. I never spoke to the mechanics, but now I'm convinced that they are incompetent or just totally inexperienced. It's too bad because Paul is such a great customer service rep, but I am unsure if the mechanics are 100% honest. How does the same thing keep happening? Unfortunately, I have to make another appointment to fix the light so I can get it inspected. You would think you would get what you pay for, the whole reason I went to the dealership is for quality work, but they really have no clue. More

Rotating tires, replacing various fluids, etc. Had a "service engine soon" that turned out to be gas cap not closed tightly. Paul and his staff do work timely and professionally. I recently bought a used car from this place and the overall experience was AWESOME!!! I am from out of state and even with Covid-19 changing things from the normal way of business, they still were able overall experience was AWESOME!!! I am from out of state and even with Covid-19 changing things from the normal way of business, they still were able to get me into the car I wanted at a fair price and rate, and registered in my home state in under 48hrs.
