Chey was great to work with and while they would not let us take it offsite for a buyers diagnostic prior to purchase, once we did take it in it came back in great condition. I was pleasantly surprised that the car came with a 12 month extended warranty on some tiems. The only odd item was they appeared to have added tint to the vehicle and the back is so dark you can bearly see out of it and the front is not not clear so we are re tinting the whole vehicle. Also surprised it did not come with the 2nd key which added $275 to have one made. More

Courtesy Kia's Service Department is the WORST service department in the Valley. They do not call when they say they will. They do not email when they say the will. First, I did end up buying a car from this dealership as I was weeks into the process and frankly, just wanted to be done. However, while I doubt that anyone loves the sales process at car dealerships, this I was weeks into the process and frankly, just wanted to be done. However, while I doubt that anyone loves the sales process at car dealerships, this was honestly the absolute worst experience both myself and my partner have ever had. We have both purchased numerous vehicles in our life time. Something to note, if you are attracted to the car based on the “internet price”, just know that they will always add $2k more to that for “mandatory fees”, not including tax, title and licensing. It is in fine print however, it does seem to be a way to bait people to come in. The salesman - we worked with Alex at Courtesy Kia. He lied to our faces so many times, I lost count. It started when we clarified the price of the car. He kept insisting that it was the internet price but really it was the internet price plus the $2k. I came with my own financing, and when it was time to sign paperwork (with him, not the finance guy), he assured me at least 6 times that my credit would not be pulled during the process and that they were only using the initial paperwork to verify my identity. As I waited, I got an alert from Credit Karma that my credit had been run. When he came back and I told him this, he blamed the finance guy and said that he “F’d up.” He was supposed to uncheck a box but didn’t. Since I had my own financing through my credit union, the CU asked me to get a purchase agreement from the dealership, and they would cut them the check. Despite many requests for a purchase agreement, Alex would not give me one. He insisted on letting the dealership process the paperwork as they were tied into my CU’s system. Alex also told me that my CU only wanted to do it the purchase agreement way because they get a commission. Turns out after speaking to my CU, that it’s actually the dealership who gets the commission for doing the paperwork for the CU. A few days later, my CU informed me that the dealership sent them paperwork for a much higher price and included warranties and GAP insurance that I never signed for. Eventually they were sent the correct paperwork. This experience was anxiety provoking, frustrating, disappointing, and felt completely dishonest. No matter how good the deal is, I will never purchase a car from Courtesy Kia again and will discourage anyone I know from doing so. More

Gary is one of the most professional and genuine salesmen I’ve worked with in all my car purchasing days. He listened to our desires, our mishaps with previous experiences, the wants and must haves. The next day we received a call from our favorite sales guy with good news that solidified the deal. We highly recommend him to anyone. He handled is with care and would know he would do the same for you and your family members. Seriously Phenomenal Job Gary!! When I’m ready to get rid of my Tesla I will give you a call for that EV6. I have had a horrible experience with this dealership. Purchased brand new 2023 Kia Forte Gt- within 8 months, smoke coming out of AC vents, Navigation errors, melting center console, Charging plate does Purchased brand new 2023 Kia Forte Gt- within 8 months, smoke coming out of AC vents, Navigation errors, melting center console, Charging plate does not work, then check engine light ( misfiring on 4 cylinders) they tow it in and have had it 8 days now, I am told they cannot find issue for check engine light and misfiring, ordered charging plate and gear shift housing, cannot find issue on navigation saying wrong way on repeat, told smoke is coming out of ac vents due to dirty cabin filter pfffttt come on. No answers on check engine light and misfiring and asked to pick it up. Tried reaching Austin for last 2 days and cannot. This is a joke! Placed corporate complaint and Spoke to service manager Shane all whom gave me the same run around. How is I DONT KNOW an acceptable answer? If this car was your wife's driving around your children I am sure you would not accept IDK from the mechanic! Figure out the issue and fix the brand new car! More
