Buyer Beware! We bought a new Sportage there in April. They loaded the sticker price with things never requested nor wanted. $499 for window tint, $169 for bogus nitrogen in the tires and the worst...$6 They loaded the sticker price with things never requested nor wanted. $499 for window tint, $169 for bogus nitrogen in the tires and the worst...$699 for a third party tracking device attached to the vehicle. I removed the device in 5 minutes when I got home. It has never been activated, and of course, no refund. And the VERY WORST PART... I never received a KIA Sales Satisfaction Survey. I filed a case with Kia USA and was told they received a 5 star sales review from "ME" from a bogus Gmail account. (I have no Gmail account). The only reason we bought from them was in April, inventory was so low they were the only dealership in the East Valley that had the all wheel vehicle we needed. Hold onto your wallet and back away from this place! I worked in dealerships for 25 years and have never seen such unethical practices! More

Whatever you do DO NOT use Adam west! He is a shady, liar! We were working a deal over the phone and I gave him permission to run my credit and he took hours upon hours to get back to me only to tell me liar! These people are snake like sales people! I’d avoid this place and Adam at all costs! These people are the reason that car salesmen have such a bad rap. Take your sales other places that have better integrity and have better ethics. More
