Left my car overnight with Russ Palermo to fix the Uvo system. 1st day I was not updated on the progress and left a message for him to call me back...no response. 2nd day again he did not answer the phone system. 1st day I was not updated on the progress and left a message for him to call me back...no response. 2nd day again he did not answer the phone so I left a new message for callback....again no response. so I tried to contact the service manager, Christian Bazan...no answer...left a callback request but never heard from him. Finally at the end of the 2nd day I was desperate because I needed my car to pickup a family member from the airport (I did not have a loaner) Once again Russ Palermo's line went straight to voice mail. At this point I called and asked for the general manager, upon explaining to the operator that I had been unable to contact anyone in the service department for 2 days, and it's not like they are overwhelmed with service. I have not seen very many cars there for service and now I think I know why! Russ finally picked up the line and I was able to get my car just in time to pick up my party at the airport. After all this I was told they were still waiting to here back from KIA tech line for the procedure to fix my car...so nothing was done to fix it! This was the worst experience I ever had with dealer auto service. More
