At first everything was great. Purchased what was marketed as a certified pre-owned wrangler with 14k miles. 5 days pass and my jeep has horrible death wobble! The morning I’m set to drive it to Durango Colorado for a week. I immediately call to schedule service the woman who helped me gave me some great advice on what to do and even tried to call the sales team. I reach out to my salesman,Teddy, and go back and forth for a week about this issue. Repeatedly I ask for someone to talk to and he said someone would call me right away. Still haven’t heard from a single person at the dealership and I was forced to rent a car for my trip. Causing me to spend an extra $850 for no reason. Be careful what you buy and find out who is the responsible party if something happens. Salesman don’t care once you’re sold clearly. This is my second purchase within two years. Thanks for the loyalty. I will NEVER purchase anything here ever again. I’d caution everyone else to look elsewhere More

There’s a first for everything. I had called many dealerships and thankful for finding Courtesy, and specifically Andre Hall. This is the first positive car buying experience for me. Ever. I first contacted the dealership by phone. Andre Hall answered. I gave him specifics on what I wanted. Used Jeep Wrangler, 4 door, manual transmission with excellent air conditioner. He said he’d look through the inventory and call me back. I refused to leave my number and promised to call back. He didn’t push!! An hour later I called back and he had what I was looking for, at their dealership. We drove down (from Carefree) past many other dealers and we weren’t disappointed.
