AMAZING experience! My service advisor, Aaron, was knowledgeable, patient and incredibly helpful with my warranty and all my questions. Aaron and my service tech, Rick, quickly diagnosed and replicated the issue with my Wrangler and got it fixed. I really appreciated their attention to detail and communication. Aaron did a great job coordinating with other departments to make sure everything was covered and kept me updated along the way. I’ve been to many Jeep dealerships and have only been to this location twice but both times the expertise and customer service have been top-notch! The service advisors and techs here know and care about Wranglers. More

The tech advisor didn’t update my phone number even though I told him my new number three times, they had my car for 12 days and when it was ready they didn’t even wash my car after the rain storm.
