I can't thank them enough. On 7/27 an impaired driver traveled into oncoming traffic and hit my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sport. The Jeep was considered a total loss. She did her job as a Jeep and kept me alive though. I went into Courtesy Jeep on 7/29 and met Christian and Phillip. Both were so very kind and understood that the experience was traumatic. Both let me know they would work with me to get another Jeep. On 8/1, the insurance paid off my other Jeep and I was ready to get started. I met Jimmy and Jeff (I knew Jeff from when I bought my other Jeep and he's such an awesome person) and they started my paperwork. They worked with me to get me into a 2019 Jeep Wrangler. Frank in finance sealed the deal! I can't thank these men enough. I'm bruised, burned, and hobbling around from the accident, but I'm grateful to be alive and to be back in a Jeep. Thank you guys so very, very much. Christian, I wanted to let you know that I'm really grateful to have met you the first day when I walked into the dealership. I was looking around online and had found a Jeep elsewhere, but wanted to see what Courtesy could do. I brought the Renegade in for choppy shifting in the transmission. The issue is completely gone. They also performed an oil change at a very competitive price. They replaced the battery (as it was low) and the radiator fan because of a service bulletin. Both were covered under warranty. I was delighted. Josh and the team were very communicative and I never felt like I had to chase down anyone for answers etc. Great service and attitudes. A+++ More
