Let there be light! I made an appointment yesterday to have a headlight on my 2014 Grand Cherokee replaced. Carter was waiting for me when I arrived today and invited me to enjoy a cup of coffee and a donut in the lounge while the job was completed. He got me in and I was out about 90 minutes later - unlike "leave the Jeep for the day" at a previous dealership I'd used. He told me how to describe the necessary service when making an on-line appointment and gave me his direct line for the next time I need service. He's a real asset asset to your company! I have to note how easy it was for almost anyone to replace a headlight back ion the last century. Headlamp, screwdriver, and about five minutes was all it took. I love my (6th) Grand Cherokee but wonder about the technological "progress." More
