I was in the market for a new Tahoe LTZ Package and was doing the normal browsing on the web for the best price I could find. Not only did the email consist of everything I was looking for, but it also answered every question within the first email. After my response to Mr Biggs, I received a phone call and setup an appointment to look at the vehicle in person. Not only did Mr. biggs have great knowledge of the vehicle, but his professionalism made me at ease to ask the questions that I needed. At the end of the day, I decided to purchase. Mr. Biggs also informed me of the current incentives that were occurring (presidents day sale) and with that he managed to actually save me some money. I was very satisfied with Courtesy Chevrolet and have already recommended the dealership to my brother who is currently in the market and actually purchased from Courtesy as well. Thank you Courtesy!
