I purchased an 07 Jeep Wrangler from their used car division, and was given a 3mo/3year warranty to cover any major issues. This was in lieu of having my mechanic inspect the vehicle. During a routin division, and was given a 3mo/3year warranty to cover any major issues. This was in lieu of having my mechanic inspect the vehicle. During a routine differential fluid change (required but not performed by Courtesy) I discovered a loose shim. I called Courtesy, who recommended I take it to a Jeep dealership. The Jeep delearship confirmed the issue (worn out diff. bearings) and replaced the bearings and shims. I asked Courtesy to cover the parts, assuming since I had the repairs done at the Jeep dealership, I would cover the labor. They refused stating that since I was not a "trained automotive technician" and I removed the diff. cover to change the fluid, it voided thier warranty. They said that I could've ruined the bearings myself,s ince I was not trained. How ridiculous was that. The Jeep service dept. backed me up on this one, but Courtesy would not listen to them either. This issue went all the way up to the owner level, who just sided with their service dept. saying, I should not have changed the diff. fluid myself, and that they could not tell if I wore out the bearings by removing the cover. The bottom line is: Courtesy Chevrolet's used car warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on. I am chocking this one up to "It's a used vehcile and you can't trust a used car dealership" lesson. Buyer Beware, I had thought a major dealership would stand behind something they sold, especially since I was willing to meet them halfway on costs. By the way, I only had the Jeep for 1 month, when this was discovered. More
Tim Jackson is the best service person I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He is professional and has my best interest at heart whenever I bring my car in for service. The service technicians alwa pleasure of dealing with. He is professional and has my best interest at heart whenever I bring my car in for service. The service technicians always do a thorough job and deliver my car back to me clean and in good shape. I can count on a ride home or to work while they service my car and a pick-up when it's ready. This is great service, I think. More

He always does everything he can to assist me and get things done in a timely manner. Courtesy as a whole has been great on maintenance and has informed me of recalls when they conme in, even though i have an older vehicle. Their maintenance is excellent and, with the exception of one incident which baffled everyone, they have always found the problems and fixed them most expeditiously. A great place to take your vehicle. The price is a little high, what you'd expect from a dealership, but worth it. More
I have been using Courtesy and specifically Timothy Jackson for over one year now. Nothing against the other service writers, but I exclusively use Timothy Jackson. I manage over 5 Chevrolet's for my Jackson for over one year now. Nothing against the other service writers, but I exclusively use Timothy Jackson. I manage over 5 Chevrolet's for my employer including a Tahoe LTZ, a Suburban LTZ, a 2010 Camaro SS, an Impala SS, and a very highly modified Corvette. Tim always takes care of my vehicles in a timely manner. I am usually on a strict schedule, but Tim is always able to accommodate me. From the service work I have performed at Courtesy, to the GM upgrades Tim J. coordinates with Tim S. in the Pro Shop, to dealing with Bryan Long on the sales side, all of Courtesy's employees are very professional and knowledgeable. I usually ask a lot of questions, and all 3 of these gentleman have a vast amount of information to satisfy me. I currently do not drive a Chevy as my personal vehicle, but after getting to know Tim and his peers, I am definitely going to buy my next truck at Courtesy. I trust Bryan, Tim S, and especially Tim Jackson to take care of me from point of sale, to accessorizing it, and most importantly servicing it for many miles to come. More
After my Envoy was totalled in a head on I shopped all over the valley via internet for an Avalanche. I was time crunched as usual with several critical family issues and a demanding job. Came across Co over the valley via internet for an Avalanche. I was time crunched as usual with several critical family issues and a demanding job. Came across Courtesy through the vehicle locator on USAA. Called and spoke to Justin who was a straight shooter and we struck a deal in about three minutes. He beat everyone else's price, was a total professional and accommodated my time crunch by having Michael step in to meet my scheduleing needs. When I brought my family in to pick the vehicle uyp all the ppwk was waiting and we had a chance to buy some accessories while waiting to sign docs. All in all it felt more like a pit stop vs. the usual painful experience I've seen before. These guys were pros at every level. We are very pleased with the experience. Michael ensured that we were totally checked out on the operation of all the Avalanche's features and got our new OnStar account up and running before we left. I used to sell GM cars (for four years) and know many typical car dealer tactics but I never tell car dealers that when I'm buying a vehicle. Courtesy Chevrolet is to be commended for their honesty, they never tried any of the expected xxxxxxto stick it to me. More

We saw the hummer on craigslist. We went to look at it. We liked it and was told we had financing. We signed papers and drove it home. We stopped back on Aug 28 (the next day and dropped off some more paperwork). We left for MT. About 30 minutes later we were called and told the financing had not worked and to bring it back. The only financing they had tried was electronic - never actually talking to a banker. We took it back and got our mustang and headed for MT. I got our own financing in MT and called them to make the deal anyway. No one would ever call me back. I called all the main numbers I had and all the cell numbers I had and left extensive messages that I had my own financing and wanted to buy the vehicle. They kept stalling me when someone did answer with things like: you have to pay az license and registration fees even though we were licensing it in MT, you can get it but you have to have it shipped out of az, you have to have a MT drivers license ( my husband got one). They just did not want to sell the vehicle for the amount they had listed of 21,991. in craigslist and they did everything they could to get out of it. So we bought a better one with lower mileage in TX for less money and I will never go to a dealership anywhere in AZ ever again. If after reading this review you go there anyway then you have no one to blame but yourself. More
I was interested in buying a new car as my Mercedes was sadly coming to an end. I was very interested in buying a Ford Flex and on a whim, I stopped in to test drive a Chevy Tahoe. Jeff Wondo was my sale sadly coming to an end. I was very interested in buying a Ford Flex and on a whim, I stopped in to test drive a Chevy Tahoe. Jeff Wondo was my sales person and he brought over a Tahoe to look at and drive. I wasn't impressed with this Tahoe and really wasn't interested in looking at other Tahoe's. Jeff listened to me and my wants and needs. He wasn't pushy and never tried to talk me into anything I didn't want to look at. I was practically walking out the door when he asked me to come into the showroom and look at a Chevy Traverse. I did, and needless to say, I fell in love! This car had everything I was looking for and everything that my Mercedes lacked. Finding the car that I loved was the hardest part...Jeff made all of the financing and the bottom line numbers the easiest (which is usually the hardest)! Everything went smooth from that point forward. I've been to the dealership a couple times since for maintenance appointments, and things have always run smooth. Courtesy Chevrolet is just that - Courteous! I highly recommend Courtesy Chevrolet and if you have a chance to work with Jeff Wondo, you've got it made!! More

We are not new to car shopping at various dealerships an My husband and I started shopping for a new car when our Volvo Wagon had over 90,000 miles. We are not new to car shopping at various dealerships and have had various experiences over the years. We knew we wanted a small SUV and we were excited when we were introduced to the Equinox. Our salesman, Jeff, took us on a test drive and made sure that we learned all the in's and out's of this vehicle. My concern was that I didn't want to just settle on a car on the lot. Jeff took his time and explained that we could sit down with him and actually build the car we wanted. We selected everything from the exterior color, interior leather, navigation, sound system, and we upgraded to 6 cy. The backup camera is a real lifesaver. What we chose may not be important to everyone, but it was perfect for us. I LOVE that my car isn't like everyone else's . Jeff made it all simple, and it was such a thrill when he called that our car was delivered, totally worth the wait! We feel we got a great deal, and David in finance made the paperwork a breeze. We just brought our second vehicile from Courtsey. A new Chevorlet Traverse. We had already researched the SUV's and knew that we were very interested in the Traverse. We brought our 2002 Avalanc Chevorlet Traverse. We had already researched the SUV's and knew that we were very interested in the Traverse. We brought our 2002 Avalanche 2500 in 2001 and were impressed with the friendliness and service we received at the sale. The service since then has always been great and just a phone call away. This sale was no different. Michael listened to what we needed and helped us with trying to find the right one for our lifestyle. Justin and Micheal worked hard to get the right deal for us. Chris appreciated that our time was valuable and quickly attacked the paperwork and got us on our way. All of these guys were pleasent and enjoyable to work with.... this is the reason we will always be Courtesy Chevorlet customers. More
