I went into this dealership not sure if I wanted to trade my 2007 Ford Taurus. I talked to James who was very professional and very nice and appeared to be very honest. I went to Courtesy Chevrolet because of convenience of location and even more importantly I knew they had been in business since I was a child. I knew that I was upside down in my loan on the Taurus and knew financing could be a problem because of some blemishes on the credit report. James was very nice and I talked to Justin who told me that he felt he could get me financing. I went with a deal with a new 2011 Impala. I was led to believe the financing was taken care of. About a week later I did not hear anything so stopped in the dealership and was told by Justin that everything was fine and the financing was approved. A few days later I received a call from Justin saying that the financing had not been approved and their were some issues. I went into the dealership and spoke with both George and Rick and learned that there was a possibility that we were not going to get the financing. I got really upset because I had been told the financing was approved. George and Rick went to work and really worked very hard to get this deal through. Just as I thought there was no deal, they got an approval from a loan company with actually lower payments than I originally had. It appeared to me that both of these guys went out of there way to get this resolved and I was impressed with the customer service I received. In retrospect, I do not believe that Justin deliberately misled me, I honestly believe that he did not read the entire loan approval from that originally came through. I truly believe this dealership is honest, customer service oriented and I absolutely would buy another from them. I expected problems with the financing when I bought the car but George and Rick were SUPER in attempting to get this resolved. James, the salesman was excellent, honest, and caring. I had an experience a few years back that was a nightmare with Midway Chevrolet and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I truly believe this agency is customer oriented and believe they went to extra mile to get this financing resolved. I believe that Justin is a really nice guy and his error was not intentional at all. I believe this is a great company to do business with. More

I brought in my car to for a detailing because I got a great deal for this service at a local website. Unfortunately, when I picked it up later, I noticed there was damage to the plastic center caps on my great deal for this service at a local website. Unfortunately, when I picked it up later, I noticed there was damage to the plastic center caps on my rims. I was contacted by Jessie in Marketing, who was very eager to help remedy the situation. She ordered the needed parts, personally handled my case, and communicated the situation to the repair staff to ensure a hassle free experience to get this problem corrected. Plain and Simple, a bate and switch. I had done my homework online and found a used 2010 Chevy Equinox for 24995. I sent an email to find out more information. I received a call and voicemail from Bill Yvon stating to come on down and he was going to give me a 'special' eprice of 23991. It even stated on the screen it was a 'OBO' car, so I made an offer. I got texts back saying there was a mistake and the car was not supposed to be priced that, but they would still honor the price of 24995 even though it was supposed to be 2 grand more. I asked about the eprice and he said he had never called me and left that message. I still have the Voicemail, interesting to say the least. And what happened to 'OBO'? Why say that if clearly they are not going to accept offers. The price was never changed online to reflect what was supposed to be the higher but accurate price. His response to me was check dealerrater.com and you will see people love me and I give them a fun and enjoyable experience. We were set to drive from Vegas to get this car, but had to pull out cause of the price change, not a fun or enjoyable experience. We ended up driving to California instead and found a nicer more equipped Equinox for less money at Penske Chevy in Cerritos. At least they kept their promise. More

The length of time spent to purchase this vehicle was 10 minutes.. in and out! Service was set up ahead of time and executed just perfectly..
