Upon arriving we were greeted by Anthony Alfaro who answered all our questions and let me test drive what i wanted i did infact buy the car i had built and found on the internet . Everybody was freindly and helpfull even the finace person his name was Chris was full of great information and very knowlegeable about all the extra products. I drove in at 530 and drove out in my new EQUINOX at 9pm. LOve the car and Loved the service thanks to all of you who played a part in my dream coming true. thanks again NINA More

I was looking for a reasonably priced used Infiniti and found one at Courtesy Chevrolet. When I arrived at the dealer he did everything he could to make my experience a pleasant one. He made sure all the information he gave me was accurate and he was very thorough when telling me about the car. I decided to buy the car I was looking at and Eric introduced me to his manager as well as the service manager incase there was anything I needed or if I would like to add anything to the car. Everyone I came i contact with was friendly and not your typical pushy dealer. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wanted to buy a new or used vehicle. More

Very dissapointed..... sales tream was very friendly and helpfull while I was there trying to buy my truck. That all stopped once I walked out the door. Said he would find out for me and call me back with the info, that was 2 weeks ago and still no call. If I had to do it all over again I would not buy from this dealership, would rather pay a little more for better service. Should have known though. I went to Courtesy Chevrolet on a promotion for a car detail. Ryan Long displayed complete "Courtesy" with me. He was polite, professional and acted like I was his only customer, giving me 100% of his detail. Ryan Long displayed complete "Courtesy" with me. During the safety check, a couple items that warranted attention were discovered. Ryan phoned me, discussed them with me and I proceeded with some of that service. The car was ready when he said it would be and it was conveniently parked for me. In addition to the detail job making my car look almost brand new, the other work was done in a timely manner and at a competitive rate. Although the dealership is not convenient to where I live, I feel I have found a place that I can take my car and be confident that Ryan will make sure the car is properly repaired. He is a gentleman and definitely represents Courtesy Chevrolet in a very positive light. More
