I purchased a 2011 Chevy Caamaro Convertible. Every employee I dealt with at Courtesy Chevrolet treated me like a friend, that's what gave me the confidence to sign on the dotted line. Upon delivery Shana Del Grosso and Dave Blankenship were very thorough in getting me familiar with my new Camaro. Shana Del Grosso also went over my car with a fine tooth comb looking for any problem that may have occurred during shipping. She found some minor areas of concern and had them fixed immediately. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. More
Kelly Williams is an awesome, kind, considerate and Extremely Patient sales person. If it wasn't for Kelly, Especially with all the issues that we went through with our 2011 Grande Sport Corvette over Extremely Patient sales person. If it wasn't for Kelly, Especially with all the issues that we went through with our 2011 Grande Sport Corvette over the past 4 months from Courtesy and Coulter Cadillac (clear bra issues and mechanical issues) we would not have been back to the dealership. So two things have happened since we purchased that have been pretty frustrating and have really changed how I view the dealersh Wow, just... wow. So two things have happened since we purchased that have been pretty frustrating and have really changed how I view the dealership. (I had previously given it a good review.) 1. We had a tire go very nearly flat on the front passenger side. Which we found weird since allegedly the tires were brand new when we got the car. The salesman made a point of it twice during the time we were looking at the car. So when we went for our first oil change a couple of weeks later (the salesman insisted we should get it done quickly just to be sure we were starting out fresh) my husband asked them to look at the tire and see what was wrong. Not fill it. Look at it. So they came out and told him they had filled the tire and, surprise surprise, he assumed that meant they had checked it out. But less than two weeks later, the tire was getting noticeably flat again. This time, he called and explained and they said they could fill it up but that was all. He took it over and they said they'd charge us to take an actual look at the tire. Which means they didn't do it the time before. Just filled it and let us go on our merry way. We went to another place out of frustration and, shock of shocks, there was a screw in the tire. These things happen, I guess, though we drive maybe half the amount most people do. But the fact that this team let us drive out on a tire with a puncture in it... after my husband had asked them to take a look at it and all they did was fill it back up?! Not happy. 2. James is the one who gave us this website and he explained that he would get $10 if we gave him five stars. He didn't pressure us to do it. So a day or two after we bought the car, I went online and filled out the form. I thought it was just a good review giving him cash -- I had forgotten it was 5 stars for the money. When my husband saw him again while waiting for the oil change, James asked how the car was doing and made some small talk. He then told my husband that he had "missed out" on the $10 for the promotion because it hadn't been a perfect review. Let me be clear that my husband had not mentioned the review at all. So James actually just brought it up. I consider that incredibly inappropriate. To his credit, James did say he appreciated the great review we gave him. Still, that is just REALLY not something I think should have been discussed, let alone brought up, by the salesman. Really tacky! We're now kind of disillusioned about this whole transaction. It's a good thing we really like the car, because the rest of the buying experience has rather soured in our eyes. More
The Internet Department was very helpful in getting me the car I wanted order from Cheverolet. I got my daughters dream car, a beautiful Yellow SS Camaro with a special interior. The Internet Department was always following up on my order right from their own cell phones so you can always get to them directly.Shana Delgrosso is the customer sales manager and she wants to continue a long tradition of personal service.she was very helpful as well. I was extremely happy with immediate follow up by Courtesy's Customer Service Manager Shana Del Grosso who answered all of my questions and really cared about me as a person. I did not feel like a number at this dealership. When I go through my day I tell all of my friends, relatives, and co-workers about the top notch experience I had there. I searched on the internet for a Chevy dealership, everything pointed to Courtesy Chevrolet. I called and spoke with an individual by the name of Eric Steffes. He asked me what I wanted and guided me through and helped me choose a pickup truck that fit my needs. I came in, everything he told me he did on the phone was true and not a phony baloney scheme to get me into the dealership. My truck was ready, fueled up, and detailed. I signed some papers and went over everything to help my needs and were givin' the keys. I grabbed my 4 month old son and his car seat and we were off to drive home. Hassle free and pain free experience. I was treated like a family member and would recommend any of my friends and family to go and speak to Eric Steffes down at Courtesy Chevrolet, I am now a please customer with a 2011 Silverado.
