Amanda was very friendly, patient and helpful. She wanted to serve me as best she could in the negotiation process, which is the the most time and labor intensive part of the process of buying a car. She went back and forth with my offers to the sales manager. In between offers, she patiently waited for me to work out my game plan, process the numbers, etc. She was patient enough to allow me the time to negotiate the best deal possible. This is the best you can ask of a sales representative at a car dealership in my opinion. That being said, its a car dealership which is trying to make money. So my advice is (1) that you really have to keep track of the numbers because each offer is printed out on a separate sheet which hides how this deal compares to the previous one (all the offer sheets do remain on the desk during negotiations). (2) Also you need to ask for a break down in the numbers of the offer. My car was on dealer special (one of those smiley face stickers was on the car) but in the end I don't know what cash discount I was given as a result of the "dealer special". (3) Keep you eye on the bottom line without the rebate (if there is one available) that way you know you're getting the best deal. Then if you want the rebate it comes off that price. More

My name is Philip and I contacted Courtesy Chevrolet, on behalf of my wife, Alisa, with the goal to obtain a pre-owned vehicle. The previous vehicle in her possession, was a 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt (2dr). Ste behalf of my wife, Alisa, with the goal to obtain a pre-owned vehicle. He had a great, welcoming vocal tone and excellent customer service skills. I was impressed by that, alone. He inquired of my needs and I informed him that we were looking for a pre-owned 4-door Chevrolet Cobalt for our beginning family. They only had two of them, but we wanted low mileage and the black exterior. They did not have a black model and the mileage was not to my standards. After I told this to Steve, he asked if we'd be willing to upgrade to a new car. I replied that our credit situation was not the best and which might result in an unsuccessful venture. Fortunately, Steve had great communication skills and encouraged us to visit Courtesy Chevrolet, to take a look at one of the new Chevrolet Cruzes. We did just that and fell in love with the vehicle which happened to be silver. Soonafter, Steve encouraged us to give the credit approval process an attempt. We agreed, and next thing we know, we're approved and transitioning into our new vehicle. I told Steve that I was thankful to him for his genuine and thorough services, and that he made us feel like we were at home away from home. Please, consider Steve to be one of your greatest assets to the company, Courtesy Chevrolet. I have referred others to them as well and hope they will do business together in the future. Though at times I was not a very easy customer to please let alone deal with, Bill hung right in there to give me nothing but professional service and assistance. I doubt this will be my last truck purchase. Although the last Chevy truck, the vehicle I traded in, was 17 years of age.
