I was at your service department on Oct. 4th, 2011 around noon to get an oil change on my 2004 Chevy Malibu Classic. After it was done I drove home and parked the car. The car did not move untill Thursday noon to get an oil change on my 2004 Chevy Malibu Classic. After it was done I drove home and parked the car. The car did not move untill Thursday night. On Thursday I noticed a smell of burning oil but did not think it was my car as my car does not burn oil or leak any type of fluid. On Friday the smell was so strong it made me sick, and I could see that it was coming from underneath the car. When I got home I saw a big pool of oil in my parking spot. I parked and got out and noticed a trail of oil where I had driven. On Saturday the 8th I had my car towed in for them to find the problem. The problem was the oil filter. It did not seal right and that caused all the problems. I was upset that I had to bring the car back again and had to tow it in for fear of my engine seizing up. Now I might be fined for leaking so much oil in my parking spot at the complex where I live. My confidence in your mechanics to do the job fell dramatically. It was a very simple job to perform. I was scared that it had done something to my engine. I also bought the car from you and have been very happy with it. I had a transmission flush done there and a four wheel brake job done there as well. On that Saturday Bob in service took care of me because the normal person I deal with is Ryan Long and he was off for that day. I hope this is the last bad experience that I have at your dealership. More

Went in to check out a used car we saw through the internet. It was sold as we were arriving at the dealership.. Ace was our rep and helped us find another (new) car. We were looking at the 2011 Cruze internet. It was sold as we were arriving at the dealership.. Ace was our rep and helped us find another (new) car. We were looking at the 2011 Cruze in ice blue. There were no more ice blue Cruzes left on the lot. We also wanted the turbo charged 1.4L engine. Ace found us one in the Cruze Eco. We settled on silver and were ready to buy when it was discovered it was a manual transmission,which we didnt want. Not to worry though, Ace found a 2012 Cruze Eco with everything we wanted at another dealer. And it was Ice Blue!!!! He helped us finance with no money down and delivered it 2 days later.
