I was helping my son conclude his first new car buying experience. He is very analytical in his approach to new situations so before he started looking for a new vehicle he did his research as to both wha experience. He is very analytical in his approach to new situations so before he started looking for a new vehicle he did his research as to both what he was interested in buying, and more importantly what he felt he could afford. In all, we visited 5 dealerships 2 Volkwagen and 3 Chevrolet. He approached his search in a direct and honest manner where even before he visited each location he informed the sales team what he wanted to buy and what he wanted to spend. As this was his first time in this situation it was an experience where he learned that sometimes not everyone's needs can be met. He also experienced what I would label as heavy handed sales tactics (I am an experienced sales professional) and he quickly learned how to identify when he was being "handled." He learned how to identify a good deal when he saw it and walk away from everything else. His experience with Anthony Lopenzo and the rest of the Courtesy Chevrolet team was positive from start to sold. He was treated with respect and the sales negotiations were open and honest. He later told me that this was a place where he didn't feel like he had to be on his guard. He was told the very best possible price for the car he wanted and a deal was struck; he hasn't stopped smiling yet. He loves his new 2012 Camaro and I have Anthony to thank for that. On a side note he is still getting calls from the other dealerships and every one of them are amazed that he was able to get the deal that he did. The best they could offer him for the price he paid was a pre-owned vehicle or something from the fleet lot. I highly recommend Courtesy Chevrolet and will visit them for my needs in the future as well as recommend them to my friends and family. More
Steve Rimer at Courtesy Chevrolet was friendly, knowlegable, and not at all pushy. There was a bit of a bottleneck at the finance office due to computer problems and several customers being ahead of me. I don't hold the dealership responsible for this, and besides the extended wait my experience was smooth. The dealership closed at 6 p.m. that day, and while I didn't actually get to drive off until 8:30, Steve stuck around till the end to ensure I was pleased with the car, and helped to synch my phone's Bluetooth and program my OnStar. Based on the quality of product and outstanding customer service, I'll definitely recommend Courtesy Chevrolet to my friends and coworkers. More

Wow, the guys are really busy today. I dropped in without an appointment to see if they could help. It is Wednesday morning, and the dealership is full if cars and people and even kids everywhere. So, I turned up and after seeing how busy they are, figured I would be asked to come back another day, with an appointment. But to my surprise, I was greeted warly and told they would do everything they could to check and fix my problem, if I would just give them about 45mins to see what the problem is, and how quickly they could fix it. I doubt many dealers would offer this level of service to anyone just dropping in unannounced. Great dealer, great crew. Thanks Courtesy Chev. we are young adults so we dont go and buy vehicles alot but they worked with what we had which made it easier and made us feel more at ease. and they never tried to sell us anything we didnt want.
