Out of all 4 dealerships that contacted me, only Courtesy sent me price of vehicle I wanted. All others wanted me to call them or come in to talk to them. They were not pushy and allowed us to make our disci sent me price of vehicle I wanted. All others wanted me to call them or come in to talk to them. Eric also followed up 2 days later and stated if there was anything we didn't understand how to work on the vehicle he would be more than happy to review everything again. Like many people, I honestly dread going to a car dealership because of the car salesman. Especially being a female, sometimes salesman can be a little bit chauvinistic and treat you like you're not dealership because of the car salesman. Especially being a female, sometimes salesman can be a little bit chauvinistic and treat you like you're not the brightest bulb in the box. However, my experience with Courtesy made it so easy and fun. I had the pleasure of working with Steve Rimer and he made buying a new car seem like a breeze. I expressed interest in the 2012 Chevy Cruze, Steve listened to my wants and needs and did everything in his power to get me the car I had been drooling over. Steve never once pressured me, never talked down to me and he never once made me feel stupid. In my book, he gets a giant gold star for that alone :) He was very knowledgeable about the Cruze and he also drives one, so I knew that he was just excited about my purchase as I was. Steve went over all the cool features that the Cruze has and even help me set up my Bluetooth and On Star before driving off the lot. My overall experience with Courtesy in general was amazing! Not only was Steve so friendly, but finance and the shop manager were great too. I felt like I had known all of them for years. I will definitely recommend Courtesy Chevrolet and Steve Rimer to anyone within earshot. I walked away a very happy lady with a shiny new Cruze and a big grin on my face. This was the easiest and most fun I have ever had picking out a car! More

Eric was amazing - very friendly, knowledgable, and attentive. He helped us find the car that was just right for us. Unfortunately, we had to deal with Shana in financing afterwards. So glad we ended up at Courtesy! After a long search for a used car we stumbled upon Courtesy and Greg Proctor. What a great guy to buy a car from! It was the first time ever buying a vehicle that we did' a used car we stumbled upon Courtesy and Greg Proctor. What a great guy to buy a car from! It was the first time ever buying a vehicle that we did'nt feel like our salesman was feeding as " a line" or a typical car salesman. He was down to earth, not pushy at all and seemed like he truly cared about us and our needs. He was patient, informative and quickly tuned in to what we needed. We made the deal quickly with out lots of time being left alone in a room like other dealers. We were taken to the finance girl Shanna and waited a few minutes before our turn. When she began working with her the computer kept breaking and she was most apologetic for the delay. She worked FAST and made you feel like she would do anything for you to not waste your time. She explained EVERY document we signed patiently and when we were done we felt she worked her self to death for us. This was the best car buying experience EVER. We were needing a second car and our options were limited, and we were were on a tight timeframe to get another car. Working with James, and his manager, we were able to get our 2nd car, and becaus limited, and we were were on a tight timeframe to get another car. Working with James, and his manager, we were able to get our 2nd car, and because we had some appointments elsewhere, they were able to get us into the car in a sufficient amount of time, which was quick and easy. I will definitely recommend Courtesy Chevrolet to any of my friends that need either a new or used car, and ask for James............... I'm just glad we were able to get this taken care of quickly, although I did have to take the car back to get the visor and the gas tank fixed, and still needing a remote to lock the car, but they are working on resolving those issues at no cost to us.
