The first words out of my mouth were, :"I need help to get a new truck for my work but my credit is shot because of recent incarceration. I want to be able to establish some new credit to improve my credit rating. I really need this help." Within two hours, I was ready to drive my newly purchased truck off the lot. I had searched their Internet listings so Tom and I had exchanged e-Mails. Once we arrived, Tom took us in hand. When my first choice vehicle proved to be a bit over our budget, Tom worked hard to find a vehicle my wife and I liked while keeping in our budget. An issue with the new car financing of the previous owner (this was a trade-in) caused enough of a delay that we wanted to find something else. Tom was off that day but he called and spoke to Steve who in turn assisted us in choosing another vehicle. Lucy in Finance had to do our paperwork twice in lass than a week and still had a smile on her face! Everyone we worked with, starting at the young lady at reception in the showroom, was extremely helpful and COURTEOUS! I will be back. More
