The pricing with True Car was exactly as quoted, and I was not harassed/pressured into extraneous options, warranties, etc, and I also received a very fair trade in amount on my previous vehicle. All in all, I left with the car I wanted and no feeling of being taken advantage of. David B., my salesman, was patient and accommodating throughout the process. I will definitely be purchasing my future vehicles from Courtesy Chevy. More

tailer gate problems - red truck- 2-9-15 Robert welcome me as if I had been a customer of courtesy for 20 plus years, he explained everything that was required and I have no problem going alo Robert welcome me as if I had been a customer of courtesy for 20 plus years, he explained everything that was required and I have no problem going along with it even though I went in just for a $150 repair required to fix my truck. I ended up paying $678 and I felt good because i did not feel like I was tricked into the adding repairs required. I walked away feeling great and knowing a good person was helping me by ensuring my vehicle was safe to drive. You have an exceptional customer rep and I plan to look for him from this poi and will recommend him to my friends and family. More
