His professional, knowledgable demeanor instilled confidence that the order would go smoothly. We remained very leery of ordering online/by phone because a previous truck order from another dealer in California resulted in a 1 year wait and the entirely wrong vehicle showing up! We live in southern Baja Mexico and trips to the U.S. are usually to California , but for any new Chevrolet we buy, we will now return to Courtesy in Phoenix and/or to buy from Gabriel. 2.
