While I think it might be a manufacturer problem this service center has only ONE technician qualified to work on my Volt. Was quoted a MINIMUM, as a much as five days to even get to my car and provide a service center has only ONE technician qualified to work on my Volt. Was quoted a MINIMUM, as a much as five days to even get to my car and provide a diagnosis. Told emphatically that no loaner car (or rental) would be available. Really? Thank goodness for a wonderful Chevrolet customer service line. Also, did Chevrolet change their supervisory policy and do away with area reps? Was told that there was no such person. Again, really? Was told to come in Thursday for an appointment. Was told couldn't look at it until Monday. On Tuesday at 12pm, was told techs were on "mandatory vacation" that week and wouldn't be looked at until Was told couldn't look at it until Monday. On Tuesday at 12pm, was told techs were on "mandatory vacation" that week and wouldn't be looked at until next Monday. That doesn't make sense, seems like an excuse for an error in scheduling. Called me next Monday and said, "The tech needs your second key, not sure why." I brought the key in (they didn't offer to come get it). When I picked up the car, they said they had lost my key and programmed a new one for me. That's fine, it happens, but why would you make up a story except you hope to find the key and never tell me? OnStar also told me my car was stolen (due to programming new keys) so since they didn't tell me they lost my key, I was worried at first. What is the point of making up false excuses in the service department ? Just tell the truth and your customers will be happier! I understand, you're busy, you made an error, just own up to it! More

I came in wanting to look at a car, not expecting to walk off the lot with one; but my salespeople (Daniel and Sergio) were amazing and helped me not only set up financing but trade in my old car.
