I took my truck in for the first oil change and wheel rotation. When they gave the truck back, the front wheel lug nuts were not tight and as I start to drive out, the wheel almost falls off. I did stop told them service tech and he took it back and tightened the lug nuts. It should not have happened in the first place. More

When I picked up my car the windshield fluid notice was on it was low (wasn’t on prior to drop off) and my tire pressure indicator was on. I asked the service agent about it and he took the car back and to on it was low (wasn’t on prior to drop off) and my tire pressure indicator was on. I asked the service agent about it and he took the car back and topped off the fluid and said the tire sensor needs to be replaced. The only call I got was to sell me two filters. Would have been nice to get a heads up about these things prior to gettting in to my car and me having to ask about them. More
