I had something fixed in my car a month ago, during that appointment my car stereo was messed up. I brought my car back to fix the issue and was told the system sounded fine. I took my 2014 Impala there for an oil change on A Center is a joke. #courtesychevrolet THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE, NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF THIEVES! I took my 2014 Impala there for an oil change on April 27, 2023. They called me and told me that my car needed to replace the cabin air filter. I asked why he said it was very dirty. I told him that my last service was in November 2022 and they changed the cabin air filter then. I declined the service of course and he said he also sent over pictures. When I picked up my car, I asked him if he knew the recommended milage to change the Cabin air filter and he said no. I told him it is recommended to change the filter every 15,000 miles. I then asked him if he knew the difference of my car's mileage from November till now, he said no. I drove the car 1,500 miles in the FIVE months in-between. This guy Rafael, then insinuated that it was my fault by saying "you must of been driving in the desert" xxx! I took my keys and left never ever to return. My car is a 2014 Chevy Impala with only 28,000 miles on it total. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE! More
