I bought a brand new car on April 30, and it had 195 miles and ESC service, lane management, and steering assist came on. I immediately called the dealership and scheduled an appointment. I dropped it off on Monday May 15 and had to pay the difference at enterprise for the loaner vehicle. They gave me a Chevy spark, which I couldn’t even fit either of my children in. I recieved a call from the dealership several months ago to schedule my warranty battery replacement on my 2021 Chevy Bolt. I called last Monday to schedule it, got an appointment for today (one week later to schedule my warranty battery replacement on my 2021 Chevy Bolt. I called last Monday to schedule it, got an appointment for today (one week later). When I arrived; no battery is available and the status from GM says that it is "pending". I don't really need the battery relaced right now, but I had other things to do that needed me to end up with one car and my wife (Dr's appt) and ended up with two vehicles, one of which had a pretty flat battery. This is the second issue I've had with this dealers service deptartment not coming close to meeting minimum expectations. There are like 4 other Chevy dealers in the county. I'd say; pick someone else. More
