I got no phone call Fri or Sat, so I called Sat afternoon. Both one could tell me the status of my car, because only the designated service rep can answer questions. I assume you are trying to make for a good relationship between customer and service rep, but that only works if the service rep 1 is around and 2 keeps the customer informed. Neither was the case. So, your process broke down and the customer was locked in a cone of silence. When I pressed for just knowing the status, no one could tell me. Plus, the car wasn't ready until Wed, for very simple maintenance (solenoid replace that failed while under warranty and 50K servicing. Not good. More

I made an appointment and towed it to your service department where I was met by Katrina. She asked many questions and took note of my answers. She took me to the service office and looked into the timing of when she could get it looked at. Although it took a bit longer than anticipated, she kept me informed of where they were in completing the work. When they finished, she called me and explained everything and how it was all covered under warranty. Katrina was involved from start to finish and I felt very confident that she had done more than what was required. The tire was replaced at a reasonable price and the car was returned to me in a promptly manner. I needed the vehicle back within two hours to get back to work and courtesy exceeded my expectations. While waiting I was able to talk to Javier who sold me the suburban. I had issues regarding an insurance claim for when I was struck from behind in my vehicle. Javier took me over to Justin True and they were able to determine what information I needed to go forward with the claim. Outstanding work. Thank you! More
