Buying a car was a good experience. Getting them to follow through with their promises (which I paid for in advance) was another story. Told me there was no service scheduled, even though THEY called M follow through with their promises (which I paid for in advance) was another story. Told me there was no service scheduled, even though THEY called ME to schedule, then told me the service I paid for couldn't be done, then a sales guy tried to tell me the service had already been done (Dumbest thing I ever heard). Only after I proved them wrong did they do anything to help (window tinting), and even then the job was half-assed. Never did get the door guards I paid for, but not worth the time arguing. If clear, self adhesive strips on the doors is what passes as door guards, and costs $275+, color me NOT impressed. The shining light in that business is Carmen, who seemed genuinely interested in helping us with what she could. More
