Well they keep harassing me to leave feedback, so here we go. I had to take my car three times during the pandemic to deal with what I felt should have been one issue. It was frustrating. The price was obscene, but that might be anywhere. Engine light went off; they fixed it and I took the car home. Only to find the reverse camera was disabled in an update, so I had to take it back and leave it overnight again. Back home again, the engine light goes off again, and I go back for visit number three. Seems to me like if the engine light went off last week, you should have fixed it all at once. But they had what sounded like some plausible reason that it was totally different. Here, take more of my money. I was really displeased with the disruption this caused me (expense aside), and with having to take 6 ride-share trips during the pandemic. But I'm grateful they paid for those trips. All said, spending money on your car isn't fun. I can't help but wish they'd been more thorough the first time round, but if something came up that I felt needed a Chevy expert (vs. my local general service guy), I'd probably go back to Courtesy. More
The staff was great. Very helpful. But it was early evening and the prep for the vehicle delivery was rushed and lacking. The carpets were dirty, wheels still had grease on them. Their policy is not to keep purchased cars on the lot for insurance purposes so they won't allow us to pick it up the next day so they could prep it properly. A little odd since they regularly keep so many unsold new vehicles on the lot. They could have out it in a maintenance bay if nothing else. Oh Well, it was still a good experience and the staff was great. More
