This dealership did nothing to go above and beyond for the sale of the vehicle. I had an appointment and the vehicle was not ready when I arrived. The vehicle also came with “options” that they would not let us remove. If we wanted the vehicle we had to take these mandatory “options.” Joe Piza was a great sales agent to work with and he tried to get more for us, however, management was not having it. The dealership wouldn’t fix a few paint chips, the vehicle was dirty when it was presented to drive off the lot and they were only willing to fill the tank with twenty dollars of gas. The vehicle was on “E.” Overall, I would not recommend this dealership to others. There are far better dealerships in Southern California. More
