I was not very satisfied with my experience at Courtesy Chevrolet Service. I had purchased my vehicle 10 years ago at Courtesy Chevrolet and my overall appraisal of the service I received was average and n Chevrolet Service. I had purchased my vehicle 10 years ago at Courtesy Chevrolet and my overall appraisal of the service I received was average and not great. I expected more from a dealer where I bought my vehicle however I feel like I was treated like a second class customer. Given the wait times and lack of priority I will consider taking my vehicle somewhere else other than Courtesy Chevrolet. Negatives: 1.) I had a service appointment for my car's overheating issues and my car was not diagnosed until 2 days later to have a faulty water pump. I could have been driving my vehicle during this time and dropped it off when the service team was actually ready. 2.) I had to drive out of town 3 days after my appointment and I communicated this to my service advisor and there was no special accommodations made to ensure that my car was diagnosed, serviced, and returned prior to my road trip. I had to make other accommodations out of pocket. 3.) I had requested a loaner vehicle and none was provided. Considering that the car was not ready in 1 day and that I had to drive out of town I would expect a loaner vehicle was a reasonable request. 4.) When I went to pick up my vehicle I had texted my service Advisor in the morning around opening to order a Lyft. I then had to call twice until I finally was able to get in contact with my service advisor to order a Lyft. 5.) When I was at the dealer to pick up my vehicle it took almost 20 minutes until I was helped and it took about 25 minutes for my vehicle to be driven from the back parking lot to the front for pickup. Overall the experience to pick up my vehicle took about an hour. Positives: 1. ) Rafael Ramirez had a good attitude but unfortunately he was not able to deliver an above average level of service. It seemed like a lot was out of his control and he did not also express a sense of urgency. 2.) The faulty water pump was replaced at no charge since it was covered under GM warranty since it was installed by a GM certified dealership 9 months ago in Los Angeles. 3.) I was happy with the courtesy Lyft vehicle that dropped me off at work and picked me up at my home. More
