I found him to be self serving and more interested in adding an additional costly service contract to my car. I understand that may be part of his job but the push to add the service was done in away that it made you think the purchase would result in serious mechanical problems with my car in the future. That doesn’t make purchasing a car from your dealership a safe decision. I left without making the purchase. If Jim and Sean had not interceded when I chose not to make purchase I would not have moved forward. With their support and commitment to assure the purchase would be a safe decision I came back and bought my car. You have two very good people working for your dealership! More

Even better, Acura dealers nationwide have a one-company approach, for example, we installed a new battery at Courtesy and Godson in Dallas replaced it for free when it failed under warranty. Honestly, buy an Acura (MDX is my favorite) and service it at Courtesy. More
