I thought the buying process was good. The car is great. When I called back with concerns about the oil being too full and it obviously was not changed. The service tech was very arrogant. The oil was very dirty and the tech said it was because the car had 125,000 miles on it. I had it changed and nearly 1000 miles later it it still clean. I would recommend the sales department but definitely won't ever have my car serviced at Courtesy Acura. More

Overall service was great. I did have to return for a leak when the differential fluid was changed because the crush gasket was faulty and not replaced.
