John, Lou and Zsaree were excellent in their customer service. They recognize the customer wants to move through the process of purchasing a car as quickly as possible and at the sametime have their que service. He keeps track of our service history, recommends a service schedule based on condition of our vehicle, and even suggests discounts for th courtesy. We had a wonderful car buying experience at Courtesy Acura. It all started with Jim O'Connell who impressed us from the first greeting. He was a very personable, trustworthy, low-pressure sales person who helped us find the perfect MDX. Before we met Lou Taylor, he impressed us by checking up on our kids and chatting with them. Zsaree Dunbar helped us with the financial paperwork and made the process so clear, pleasant, and seamless. Finally, Lou gave us a thorough explanation of our vehicle that made it even clearer that we had purchased the right vehicle from the right place. All in all, I can't recommend this dealership enough. The team is absolutely fantastic. More

What an excellent team at Courtesy Acura! My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle and the Acura RDX was on the 'short list'. We went to the Denver autoshow to look at this vehicle. Sean Wardrope was were looking for a new vehicle and the Acura RDX was on the 'short list'. We went to the Denver autoshow to look at this vehicle. Sean Wardrope was there and spent a lot of time with us answering questions, never appearing annoyed. The following week, we met with Sean and took the RDX for a test drive(over an hour, local and up I-70). He gave us the keys and said have fun! We test drove the other vehicles on the short list and went back again to see Sean for another(shorter) test drive. Left for the evening to decide and called Sean before they closed for the evening that we would be back in the morning to purchase the RDX. Everyone we met and dealt with at Courtesy Acura was wonderful. Sean Wardope our Sales person, Dean Johnson in Finance, Lou Taylor the Concierge Delivery Expert, and Matt Sheridan the Service Consultant. We HIGHLY recommend Courtesy Acura and their staff. I am an Courtesy Acura customer from about 15 years ago, when I bout a '98 3.0 CL from the dealership, a car that I still have and love dearly. I have been looking at lots of cars to replace a 2010 Toyota RAV4 Sport, whose lease was up. Considering I'm retired now, I wanted a car for me and my wife that would last a long time. An Acura was an obvious choice, and the RDX appeared to be the right model. From my first visit with Ray Newman, he educated me on the fine features of this car, confirming why it did make sense for me to buy one. He did all this in a very professional, competent, knowledgeable manner with little apparent sales pressure that car salesmen are famous for. Valerie felt the same. Zsaree Dunbar did an excellent job in explaining the financial issues. She's also not a bad sales person in getting me to sign up to various options for the car, that did make sense. Lou Taylor and others at Courtesy were also very sincere and helpful with us. There's no question in our mines that Courtesy ACura and its people deserve a 5 rating. More
