My wife and I were referred to Sean from his wife. We both work with here. We told her we were considering a new vehicle and she told me to go see Sean. We told him we wanted to look at a Jeep as well. The next day we called Sean and asked him if we could come back in to look at the MDX. We came back in and made a deal. I even put some 20" wheels on it to sport it out. I would highly recommend Sean and his dealership. I know he treats everyone as good as he treated us. The personnel at Courtesy Acura, in particular Mr. Armijo and Mr. Douglas were extremely patient, courteous and attentive to my needs. While I was in the process of my transaction, I witnessed the other personnel working with other buyers and I was very impressed at the overall professionalism that sales staff exhibited. I had been looking for a BMW with a lot of miles on it, AWD, silver, black interior - all for under $12K. I showed up at Courtesy Acura and met Ray, who was extremely warm, friendly, and of no pressure at all (which I appreciated!) Ray encouraged me to test drive the vehicle and he went out of his way to point out all of the scratches and/or defects of the vehicle that he had knowledge of. This shocked me! I had never met a car dealer who was this honest and transparent! He encouraged me to review the CarFax (which I had already done) and I could tell he really wanted me to make sure I knew what I was buying, which I appreciated. I loved the test drive, loved the price ($8K!) and decided to make the purchase! After filling out some basic paperwork, I was whisked off to the financing room, which was just as easy - and just like that, I had the key to my perfect BMW! It's now been over a month since I bought it and I haven't been disappointed. Ray and co. are great and I have no doubt they will succeed in satisfying many other customers like myself. Courtesy Acura has a good selection of used vehicles at reasonable prices. An area in which Courtesy Acura could improve is in car cleanliness; the car I purchased had been washed, but the inside still had noticeable dirt, dust, and grime remaining from the previous owner. Regardless, this is a fine company with fine employees. For those in the market for a new or used Acura, I would say: consider Courtesy Acura. More
