I told him I would be up to look at two vehicles and both of the vehicles were ready and waiting when I arrived for me to take them on a test drive. The sales team didn't pressure me at all and let me make my decision with as much information as i could. They really went out of their way to make sure I was totally happy. Excellent Dealership! I have been going to Courtesy Acura since I bought my MDX in 2005 and I have been working with Sandy exclusively for at least the past 4 years. I don't live that far and could have returned easily but he insisted on bringing them to me. He also explains every line item to me until I fully understand what was done with my car. He tells me honestly what needs to be done now and what can wait until my next visit. More

Stopped by Courtesy to look at used MDX SUVs. John greeted us on the lot and offered to assist us soon after we arrived. He was friendly and very knowledgable about not only the MDX, but the other veh greeted us on the lot and offered to assist us soon after we arrived. He was friendly and very knowledgable about not only the MDX, but the other vehicles we were looking at (BMW, Volvo, VW). He was consistent with much of the research I had already done and didn't excessively slander the competitors. He impressed me with his honesty and confidence in his product. We even left the dealership to sleep on it and do a little more research and didn't experience undo pressure or pushy tactics.
